1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using SlackLLM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
If you are using SlackLLM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

SlackLLM is an AI-powered Slack application that provides:

- Other AI-powered writing assistance features
The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

When using SlackLLM, you agree to:

- Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Not attempt to circumvent any security features or rate limits

- Not use the service to generate content that violates any laws or regulations
- Comply with Slack's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use SlackLLM to:
- Generate, transmit, or store content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Intellectual Property

Output: The AI-generated suggestions and corrections provided by SlackLLM are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any suggestions before use.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
SlackLLM uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions and corrections. Please be aware that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- You should review all suggestions before using them
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated content
- You are responsible for the final content you choose to send or use
7. Service Availability

- That the service will be error-free

8. Rate Limits and Usage

You may stop using SlackLLM at any time by uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
SLACKLLM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlackLLM, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit through the service
13. Changes to Terms

- Sending a notification through Slack for significant changes
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SlackLLM shall be resolved through:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
